how read win vista beta 2 installation disk win xp hom

I had downloaded Windows Vista Beta 2 ISO Image from microsoft website while i'm trying to open the disk image in Nero 7 Image drive only file i can see is readme.txt mentioning this:
"This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."
none of other file is visible
how can i read the Image
and if i write the image to a DVD disk than will it be usable or bootable windows vista installation disk
Please provide me with exact solution and comment
